How We Traded Today’s Drop… While Everyone Else Panicked
Structure First
Today’s been a perfect example of why I teach structure first.
Not guessing.
Not predicting.
Not chasing moves on Twitter (*cough* *cough*)
Structure.
Because while the timeline was panicking on the pullback… my members and I were sitting on a clear, mapped-out setup that started with a flush… turned into a reclaim… and paid twice.
This isn’t hindsight.
This was in the Gameplan.
Hours before the open.
Let me walk you through it.
This was Opportunity #1 from the morning Gameplan.
A simple FBD into a clean LTB.
Just a level that mattered… and a structure that’s paid me for years.
I wrote it, posted it, sent it out.
Members had it before anything happened.
Price was ~6780 when this was published 3 hrs before the bell…
Price flushed 6740.
Reclaimed.
Gave me the behavior I needed.
I took 50% size at 6741.75.
Nothing oversized.
Just a clean execution against a clean level.
T1 hit fast.
Then price got within a few points of T2… and stalled.
And here’s where most traders blow it.
They panic.
They chase.
They add because they “feel” it’s going higher.
I didn’t change a thing.
Almost all the way back to the lows.
And I told members — publicly — exactly this:
Because nothing in the structure changed.
This is the difference.
This is what I’m teaching.
Not being perfect.
Not predicting the top.
Just listening to the levels that matter.
We walked right into the 6723–6708 LTB.
The zone I highlighted hours earlier.
And I told members exactly what I’d need:
Either a push into 6711 and a reclaim of 6716
Or I’d take the long as price left the zone
We never hit 6711.
So I took the second condition.
Simple.
40% added at 6723.25.
Now 90% total size.
Targets?
6734 and 6740.
Both hit fast.
Exactly what an LTB reclaim should do.
Why I’m Showing You This
This isn’t a brag post.
This isn’t “look at the trade.”
This is proof of something I repeat every day:
You don’t need 20 trades.
You don’t need complicated indicators.
You don’t need to chase anything.
You just need structure.
And discipline.
And one or two real setups a day.
That’s it.
My members get the full Gameplan every morning:
structure
momentum
shelves
level maps
how to approach zones
what invalidates the idea
when to stand down
where the opportunity comes from
and why it exists
The opportunities are the “where.”
But the newsletter is the why.
And the why is what makes people profitable.
If you want to start seeing the market like this…
If you want the Gameplans…
The levels…
The structure…
The real-time lessons…
And the reviews like this one…
They’re here every day.
When you’re ready — join.
I’ll be here.
